The 1992 Swift Mighty Meaty Hotdogs Season of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).
Off Season Transactions
- Signed Nelson Asaytono to a two-year contract when Purefoods trade its rights on Asaytono to Swift in exchange for future picks in 1994 and 1995.
- Traded Rey Cuenco, whom they earlier got, along with Distrito to Ginebra, to Shell for Richard Bognot.
- Drafted Eric Reyes (6th overall), Bonel Balingit and Delfin Rizane from the rookie pool, also signed rookie free agent Juancho Estrada.
Season Recap
- Swift Mighty Meaties couldnt crack at the finals of the first two conferences, placing fourth and third, the team went winless in the pre-season four team tournament won by Purefoods TJ Hotdogs featuring the Chinese Selection and the three champion teams (Swift has taken the spot of Ginebra) of last season, at one point of the First Conference, change their jerseys, dropping the Mighty Meaty tag with just plain Swift logo that they'l carry on for the next two years, it was in the Third Conference when Swift was dubbed as the team to beat, with a super import nickname "the hurricane" Tony Harris, who debut with 87 points in Swift's 134–106 win over Jay Taylor led-San Miguel Beer on September 22, Harris followed this up with a 69-point output in their next game, a 131–125 victory over Purefoods on September 27, the Mighty Meaties were unbeaten in their first six games, with out-of-town wins over Purefoods in Davao, 166–144 (Harris 82 points) on October 9 and Iloilo the following day against Ginebra, 151–147 (Harris' record-breaking 105 points), Sean Chambers and Alaska brought down the hurricane in handing Swift its first loss of the conference, holding Harris to a low 38-point output, in a 115–102 victory on October 15, three nights later, Tony Harris exploded for 98 points in Swift's 179–161 win over Presto Ice Cream, Harris easily led Swift to its first championship in three years, via a 4–0 sweep over Seven-Up Uncolas reinforced by Delano Demps, Swift coach Yeng Guiao has won his first PBA title.
